Swan Intelligent Counterflow Grain Drying System
The intelligent drying system is designed for drying and pre-conditioning of grain crops. Thanks to modern automated control systems, the equipment maintains optimal temperature regimes, evenly removes excess moisture, preserves grain integrity and its nutritional properties. It ensures consistently high quality and product safety even when processing large volumes of harvest.
The complex includes a drying tower, a heating module, circulation fans, and an intelligent control unit. During operation, grain enters the drying tower. Heated air, driven by fans, uniformly passes through the grain mass, ensuring evaporation of moisture from the surface and inner layers of the grain.
The control system monitors and adjusts temperature, humidity, and airflow in real time. This ensures precise process control and consistent quality of the finished product.
The equipment is widely used in agricultural product storage and processing facilities. It is suitable for drying grains, legumes, oilseeds, and other crops. The use of intelligent drying towers allows
