Progress of cooperation on the supply of four-row cotton pickers to Uzbekistan

As part of the active development of foreign trade cooperation and expansion into Central Asian markets, a delegation of professional buyers from Uzbekistan recently visited the production base of Tian'e Mianye in Wujiaqu, Xinjiang. The purpose of the visit was technical familiarization, in-depth staff training, as well as the final inspection and acceptance of a batch of four modern four-row cotton pickers model 4MZ-4. During the official visit, all stages of technical coordination, quality inspection, and equipment preparation for export shipment were fully completed, confirming a high level of mutual trust and the stability of the long-term partnership.

During the theoretical training phase, our company's technical specialists conducted comprehensive lecture-based training for foreign partners. The overall structure and layout of the cotton picker, characteristics of the power system, working principles of the assembly and conveying units, the modern electronic control system, as well as standard regulations for daily operation, scheduled maintenance, and timely troubleshooting of typical faults were thoroughly explained. Using demonstration videos, working diagrams, and instructional materials, our engineers detailed all operational features of the equipment, answered numerous questions from the delegation, and helped clients fully grasp the theoretical foundation for safe and efficient field operation of the machinery.

After completing the theoretical course, the foreign partners observed the entire production process at the enterprise's assembly facilities. In a real production environment, the company's engineers demonstrated the structure of key working units of the equipment, including assembly mechanisms, transport channels, and cotton cleaning systems. All operating modes of the machinery were shown step by step: startup, adjustment of working parameters, the cotton harvesting process, transportation, and unloading of finished products. Taking into account the climatic features and characteristics of Uzbekistan's cotton fields, customized recommendations were provided for equipment adaptation, optimization of operating modes, and extending the service life of the machinery during long-term seasonal use.

During the technical training and inspection period, the ordered four units of four-row cotton pickers successfully passed multi-level quality checks, final technical diagnostics, and export preparation. All equipment underwent strict verification to meet international quality standards and operational requirements for Central Asian conditions. Representatives from the Uzbek side personally witnessed the packaging, loading, and secure fastening of the machinery onto transport vehicles, verified the completeness of the equipment, the availability of accompanying documentation, and confirmed the full readiness of the equipment for cross-border delivery.

Following the fruitful working visit and the successful completion of all technical activities, the parties held a joint photo session as a symbol of successful cooperation. This visit by Uzbek partners marked an important step in strengthening mutually beneficial relations between Tian'e Mianye Company and agricultural enterprises in Uzbekistan.
