Corn combine harvester

A corn combine harvester is a modern, highly efficient equipment designed for mechanized harvesting of corn and other crops. Modern headers for combine harvesters provide high cutting accuracy, gentle handling of the crop and reliable operation even under intense loads. Thanks to the improved design and adaptation to various conditions, the operation of the combine harvester becomes more stable, productive and economical.

The machine is equipped with a powerful 6-cylinder engine producing 220 hp, which ensures high operating speed, productivity and low fuel consumption. A 3.5 type closed gear axle is used, which makes the running system more reliable and stable on inclines. The increased track and large tires reduce the center of gravity and increase the stability of the machine. The optimized blade-type cutting platform is gentle on corn, increasing unit life and harvesting efficiency.

The widened elevator prevents clogging during high-speed operation. The five-group rubber cob cleaner with the possibility of various combinations increases cleaning efficiency without damaging the corn. The unloading height has been increased to 2.8 m, and the hopper volume is 3 m³, which reduces the number of unloads and increases productivity. The new generation cab features improved sealing, low noise levels and operator comfort. It is possible to install different types of headers - 550, 580 and 620 - depending on operating conditions.
