As a national key "small giant" enterprise in the cotton harvesting and processing equipment field and a national one-stage champion enterprise in the machinery industry, Tiane Co., Ltd. firmly implements three core strategies: "strengthening cotton machinery, making breakthroughs in cotton harvesting machinery, and expanding agricultural machinery." These strategies have become the guiding vector for the company, enabling it to achieve comprehensive technical system upgrades and innovative breakthroughs in core technologies. In 2025, the company's R&D investment amounted to RMB 64.9675 million, accounting for 6.78% of its total sales revenue. This figure places Tiane at the forefront of R&D investment intensity among domestic companies in the same industry. The company has established four specialized R&D centers, staffed by an experienced team of over 100 professionals, bringing together experts in the fields of mechanics, electrical engineering, hydraulics, agricultural engineering, and intelligent technology. In addition, the company holds a total of 266 active authorized patents, 63 of which are invention patents, demonstrating a high level of innovative activity and a stable accumulation of technological results.

01 Breaking the bottlenecks of cotton harvesting machines, breaking the foreign monopoly

Cotton pickers are rightfully considered the "crown" of agricultural equipment, and their core technologies were long monopolized by developed Western countries, a serious obstacle to the development of the Chinese cotton industry. Since 2009, Tiane Co., Ltd. has established a specialized cotton picking team and firmly committed to "independent control" of technology. Beginning with the development of traditional box-type cotton pickers, the company gradually overcame key technological barriers and, in 2019, introduced the country's first six-row cotton packing machine. Today, the company has a series of products, including three-row, four-row, and six-row models, and has built a modern production line in Xinqiang, China's core cotton-producing region, ensuring a stable output of equipment. Tiane machines are one-third cheaper than imported equivalents, which translates into significant savings for cotton farmers—harvesting costs are reduced by 600–800 yuan per mu compared to hand picking. During the 14th Five-Year Plan, thanks to the widespread adoption of Tiane machines, the share of domestically produced cotton pickers in operation exceeded 70%, completely breaking the international monopoly and reversing the historical status quo of "imported machines for Chinese cotton picking."

02 Guidance on the Intellectualization of Cotton Processing

With over thirty years of experience in mechanical cotton processing equipment, Tiane Co., Ltd. consistently leads the development of domestic processing technologies. In the context of digital transformation, the company was the first in the country to introduce an intelligent cotton production line with a capacity of 60 packages per hour, which provides a full cycle of automated control—from opening raw cotton packages and feeding raw materials to drying, rolling, packaging, and stacking finished cotton balls. Thanks to an intelligent approach (individually adjusting parameters to the quality of raw materials), processing productivity has increased by two to three times, and the number of required workers at cotton processing plants has been significantly reduced. Furthermore, the company has achieved a key breakthrough in the recognition and removal of unusual fibers using artificial intelligence, precisely monitoring their content to below 2.5 grams per ton, which meets international quality standards. The company has also implemented an innovative dust removal system, which not only ensures high air purity but also improves working conditions at its plants.

03 Expansion of agricultural machinery

Building on its successful cotton machinery business and addressing the trend toward diversification in agricultural equipment, Tiane Co., Ltd. is actively developing new areas, incorporating "agricultural machinery expansion" into its three core strategies. The company focuses on addressing bottlenecks in specific segments and eliminating domestic technical deficiencies, pursuing differentiated and high-end development. In recent years, the company has successfully developed and launched large grain harvesters, intelligent vacuum grain dryers, and large tomato harvesters—all designed to meet modern productivity and reliability requirements. Although the new agricultural machinery sector is still in its infancy and accounts for a relatively small share of the company's total revenue, strategic planning has already been completed. Tiane is gradually transforming from a highly specialized "cotton machinery expert" into a comprehensive agricultural equipment supplier, supporting modern agricultural production.

04 Global Market Structure

Tiane is actively responding to the Belt and Road Initiative and implementing a "breakthrough in foreign trade" strategy, aggressively entering international markets and accelerating global expansion. The company's export portfolio has expanded significantly: while previously limited to cotton processing equipment, it now includes cotton pickers, grain harvesters, and other types of agricultural equipment, streamlining the international market structure. In 2025, the company achieved impressive results in foreign trade, with foreign income reaching RMB 271.2561 million, a 746.61% increase over the previous year. The company achieved particular success in Central Asia: for Uzbekistan, one of the largest cotton-growing countries, it developed a special four-row box cotton picker, which successfully transitioned from small-batch trial sales to large-scale exports. In addition, Tiane has established two wholly-owned subsidiaries in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan to strengthen local service and improve responsiveness to customer needs in the region.
