1. General description

The 4MZD-6 self-propelled six-row cotton harvester with baling function is a new model developed by our company in response to market demand. It efficiently harvests and presses cotton, provides easy transportation, and significantly reduces cotton losses during transport. This machine is currently widely used in cotton harvesting in Xinjiang, China's main cotton-growing region. 2. Main components and their characteristics

2.1 Engine and drive

The combine harvester is equipped with a powerful 777 hp (570 kW) Cummins engine and the latest PRO16 harvesting system. All-wheel drive (4WD) ensures excellent maneuverability in a variety of field conditions. The maximum harvesting speed reaches 7.1 km/h, increasing productivity by more than 30% compared to standard 6-row box harvesters. Travel speed varies depending on the mode: first and second gears in the field and first and second gears on the highway, providing flexibility.
