The equipment consists of a rotating wrapping chamber, a forced-feed system, a dual-press roller, and an adaptive collecting mechanism, ensuring high efficiency and high-quality collection. The resulting bales are highly dense (a dense outer layer and a loose inner layer), have heat-insulating and moisture-resistant properties, and are highly breathable, significantly simplifying storage and transportation, minimizing crop losses.

1. Basic design and operating principle

The mini-round baler is equipped with a double grass roller with a forced-feed system, ensuring a steady and intensive flow of material into the wrapping chamber. After the collecting device collects the plant material, it enters the pressing chamber, where rotating elements compress it to the required density. The bale is then automatically bound with twine or net (depending on the settings), after which the finished bale is unloaded. An improved imitation pickup wheel follows the collecting wheel, ensuring smooth movement over any type of terrain, even uneven fields.
