4. Product Inspection
Appearance inspection: Checking whether the product's appearance meets established requirements, including color, shape, size, surface cleanliness, absence of scratches, cracks and other defects.
Functional Test: Checking the correct operation of all functional units of the equipment by fully operating it or using special test equipment, including checking the operation of the pressing roller, feeding system, strapping and control terminal.
Packaging Inspection: Checking the integrity of the packaging, the clarity of the markings, the compliance of the packaging materials with the requirements, and the reliability of the equipment fixing in the packaging to prevent damage during transportation.
Label and instruction manual inspection: Checking the accuracy, clarity and completeness of labels and the compliance of operating instructions with relevant regulations and standards to ensure ease of use by the operator.
5. Packaging and Delivery
Each vehicle is securely fixed and reinforced inside the container, preventing any damage (shaking, impacts) during transportation to the destination port.
