Intelligent counter-flow grain drying system with heat recovery
Main advantages
-
Counterflow drying technology The drying, tempering, and cooling processes mimic natural drying, fully preserving the grain's structure and nutritional properties.
-
Temperature mode adjustment Three modes are available: high, medium, and low. Suitable for any crop, ensuring high-quality drying and significant energy savings.
-
Uniform drying Optimized airflow distribution eliminates moisture variations, ensuring all grain is dried to the same degree.
-
Energy-saving design A double-layer housing with heat recovery reduces energy consumption. The equipment is aesthetically pleasing, airtight, and environmentally friendly.
-
Full intelligent automation Equipped with online control, automatic temperature adjustment, video surveillance, and fault alarm system. Start and stop control is operated with one button.
Detailed product description
The complex includes a drying tower, a heating unit, circulation fans, and an intelligent control unit. Grain enters the tower, where a hot air flow evenly processes the entire mass, removing moisture from both the surface and the interior of the grains. The control system monitors and adjusts temperature, humidity, and air speed in real time, maintaining a stable technological process.
