This project is located in the Turkestan region of the Republic of Kazakhstan and is a cotton ginning and delinting production line built by Shandong Swan Cotton Industrial Machinery Stock Co., Ltd.
Shandong Swan provided comprehensive technical support throughout key project stages, including plant site selection, construction, commissioning, and start-up. Furthermore, all ginning equipment required for the project was designed, manufactured, and supplied by Shandong Swan.

With a professional and highly efficient team, Shandong Swan completed the delivery and start-up of the project ahead of schedule, ensuring timely commissioning of production for the current cotton processing season.

Since its commissioning, the production line equipment has demonstrated stable operation, a low failure rate, and ease of maintenance. The production process ensures high productivity and excellent cotton fiber quality, resulting in significant economic benefits for the customer.
In addition, the project created new local jobs, reduced dependence on imported cotton, and stimulated the socio-economic development of the region.
