This project is located in the Gezira region, the main cotton growing area in the Republic of Sudan. Taking into account the labor situation in African countries, Shandong Swan has deployed a highly efficient technical team to the project site, constantly working on the project site. It consisted of experienced and qualified specialists, including engineers, technical experts, quality control specialists and management personnel, who provided technical support at all key stages of the project - from plant site selection, construction, commissioning to start-up of production. The team was responsible for planning, design, implementation and control.
Thanks to the close and smooth cooperation between Shandong Swan and the local team, the project successfully completed the construction of the production workshop, as well as the set-up and trial operation of the production lines within the specified time frame. Today, the equipment operates efficiently and reliably, and locally produced cotton is in high demand in the domestic market, providing significant economic benefits to the customer.
