These parts are mounted on the working shafts of the cleaning machinery, directly participating in the mechanical separation of foreign impurities from raw cotton, and are responsible for high-quality loosening and cleaning treatment of the fiber.

The entire range of cleaning ribs is manufactured from high-quality alloy steel with strict control of raw materials. Thanks to a unique combination of surface chrome plating technology and thermal hardening, the finished products combine enhanced mechanical strength, excellent elasticity, and high surface hardness of 55 HRC, capable of withstanding long-term continuous operation in a dusty workshop under high loads.

Production is carried out on specialized automated conveyor equipment, ensuring ultra-high dimensional accuracy and uniform geometry for each plate.
