Product Details
Ribbed cleaning ribs are a key consumable component assembly for all types of cotton cleaning machines, including the MQP and MQZF series equipment from Swan. These parts are mounted on the working shafts of the cleaning machinery, directly participating in the mechanical separation of foreign impurities from raw cotton, and are responsible for high-quality loosening and cleaning treatment of the fiber.

The entire range of cleaning ribs is manufactured from high-quality alloy steel with strict control of raw materials. Thanks to a unique combination of surface chrome plating technology and thermal hardening, the finished products combine enhanced mechanical strength, excellent elasticity, and high surface hardness of 55 HRC, capable of withstanding long-term continuous operation in a dusty workshop under high loads.

Production is carried out on specialized automated conveyor equipment, ensuring ultra-high dimensional accuracy and uniform geometry for each plate. The linearity of the working edges of the parts is 50% higher than generally accepted state standards, and the stable gap between adjacent ribs eliminates uneven cotton processing and reduces the percentage of defective fiber during the operation of the cleaning machine.

The parts are manufactured according to original factory drawings, fully compatible with the original equipment for primary cotton processing of the Swan brand and most analog cotton ginning machines from other manufacturers. When replacing old components, no adjustment or mechanical modification is required, and installation is quick. The well-designed working edge reduces damage to cotton fibers, prevents the formation of lumps, and maintains consistently high cleaning quality of raw cotton throughout the entire service life of the parts.

Each batch of finished products undergoes multi-stage factory quality control: visual inspection of appearance, instrumental measurement of dimensions, surface hardness testing, and mandatory bench assembly tests. All products receive an individual tracking number, which greatly facilitates installation, service, and equipment adjustment at the customer's site.
