Self-propelled three-row cotton picker 4MZD-3 with integrated cotton baling
Structured product advantages (sales copy, style corrected)
-
Reliable power unit and flexible transmission Equipped with a proven Cummins engine delivering 325 hp (424 kW), featuring a modern electro-hydraulic transmission, with the option of 4WD for operation on challenging field terrain.
-
High performance with gentle cotton harvesting The PRO16 harvesting head, with an optimized spindle trajectory and drum speed, achieves a collection rate of up to 93%. Harvesting is gentle, minimizing damage to cotton fibers and reducing the proportion of foreign matter in the raw material, with a maximum working speed of 7.1 km/h.
-
Protected material feeding and unloading system The controlled continuous unloading system combined with forced feeding eliminates uneven cotton intake and significantly reduces the risk of clogging in working components during intensive operation. The diameter of the pressed module is adjustable according to individual weather and field conditions.
-
Premium ergonomic cab for comfortable operator work The custom-designed cab, power shift transmission, and hydraulic clutch reduce driver fatigue; the well-thought-out HMI interface simplifies control of all machine work processes. The cab is equipped with air conditioning, a USB port, and a 12V outlet.
-
Modern intelligent control system on the CAN bus Centralized control based on the CAN bus ensures continuous automatic monitoring of parameters, diagnostics of emerging faults, and real-time moisture control of the harvested cotton.
-
Balanced component configuration: imported electronics + in-house developments Key electronic components are imported to ensure operational reliability, while the main mechanical units are designed and manufactured at our facilities, reducing future maintenance costs.
-
Flexible software The proprietary electronic platform enables rapid software updates and adaptation to changing operating conditions and customer requirements.
-
The design is based on a six-row model, making it convenient for transportation and repair. The proven structural design from larger six-row cotton harvesters is enhanced with an automatic size transformation mechanism, simplifying road transport and scheduled maintenance.
-
Developed after-sales service system A wide network of service centers across all cotton-growing regions of Xinjiang, with specialists working on-site, warehouses of original spare parts, staff training, and full warranty maintenance provided.
Extended detailed product description (for the main part of the product card)
The combine harvester has successfully passed multi-year field trials in Xinjiang, China's main cotton-growing region. In terms of reliability, maneuverability, and the purity of the harvested raw material, the equipment is on par with global market leaders such as John Deere and enjoys steady demand from local farmers. Thanks to its compact dimensions compared to six-row counterparts, the machine is ideally suited for work on small cotton fields with complex terrain.
The power unit features a proven imported Cummins engine with an output of 424 kW (325 hp), supplemented by an electro-hydraulic transmission with an optional 4WD full-drive system, ensuring excellent passability on wet and uneven terrain. The harvesting module is based on the optimized PRO16 head with a total of 1,680 working spindles, where the front row consists of 16 spindle rows and the rear row has 12 rows of 20 spindles each. Thanks to the refined trajectory of the working elements, the cotton harvesting efficiency coefficient reaches 93%, minimizing fiber damage and the ingress of foreign impurities into the raw material, with the maximum working harvesting speed reaching 7.1 km/h.
The built-in press system allows adjustment of the formed bale diameter according to the moisture and trash content of the cotton in the field, with a standard weight of one finished module being 1400 kg. The forced feed and smooth controlled unloading system prevents accumulation and clogging of cotton in the internal channels of the equipment, reducing unplanned downtime during seasonal harvesting.
Key electronics are imported for stable operation, while the main mechanical components are designed and manufactured directly at our facilities, which positively impacts the cost of spare parts and the current operating expenses for the equipment owner. The proprietary software platform allows engineers to remotely refine and update the software to suit specific farm conditions. The design inherits proven solutions from the brand Swan's six-row combines and is equipped with a dimension-changing mechanism for convenient road transport and service repairs.
