The 4MZD-6 cotton picker is an in-house development of Shandong Swan Cotton Industrial Machinery Stock Co., Ltd., created to meet the real needs of the cotton-growing market. The machine performs cotton picking and pressing directly in the field, reducing transport losses and greatly simplifying raw material logistics. This model is widely used in Xinjiang, China's main cotton-growing region, and has received high praise from users for its high cotton cleaning rate, stable operation, and low failure rate.

Operator comfort and ergonomics

The modern automotive-style cab provides a high level of comfort during long hours of work in the field. The seat and all controls are adjustable to suit the individual driver. The cab is equipped with an air conditioning system, a USB port, and a 12 V outlet, creating comfortable working conditions in any weather.

Power unit and performance indicators

The combine harvester is equipped with a Cummins engine with a rated power of 570 kW (770 hp), 4WD full drive, and a modern harvesting head. The maximum working speed in a cotton field reaches 7.1 km/h, with a productivity increase of more than 30% compared to base models. Road speed when traveling on highways is up to 27 km/h, and the minimum turning radius is 6.7 m, ensuring good maneuverability in the fields.

Intelligent control system

Thanks to the human-machine interface and CAN-bus, the operator can see all working parameters and the condition of the combine's components in real time. Automatic fault diagnosis and an autopilot function are available, allowing timely adjustment of operating modes and improved harvesting efficiency.

Baling system and tank capacity

Equipped with a system for forming adjustable cotton bales weighing from 700 to 2200 kg.
