The Shandong Swan Model 4500 combine harvester is a modern self-propelled harvesting machine that performs the complete technological cycle of grain harvesting: cutting the stalks, threshing, separating the straw, cleaning out impurities, and collecting the grain harvest right in the field. The model stands out for its high productivity and reliability under intensive use, making it ideal for large grain farms.

Header

Several header options are offered, selected according to the specifics of crop planting and the requirements for further straw processing after harvest.

Power unit

The six-cylinder Cummins engine with a power output of 221 kW (300 hp) provides great traction potential, ensures high harvesting speeds, optimal gear ratios, and helps reduce specific fuel consumption.

Frame construction

The frame is made of high-quality materials also used in the production of cotton harvesters. A tongue-and-groove welding technology is used, which prevents deformation and cracking, ensuring a long service life for the structure.

Front and rear axle

The front axle is equipped with an electronic gearbox and an integrated drive unit rated for loads up to 30 tons. The rear axle is implemented using a full-drive “one pump — three motors” scheme. Each hydraulic motor operates independently, significantly improving the harvester’s cross-country capability and stability in fields with difficult conditions.

Operator cab

The comfortable, ergonomic cab is equipped with air conditioning, a suspended operator seat, and an integrated control panel. All elements are designed for easy operation and comfortable work during long shifts.
