The hum of cotton pickers in Uzbekistan's cotton fields has already become a vivid new sign of agricultural cooperation between China and Uzbekistan.

On December 9, a delegation from the Ministry of Agriculture of Uzbekistan visited Swan Cotton Picker. The parties held in-depth discussions on the operational results of Swan's four-row box cotton pickers in Uzbekistan in 2025 and reached a multilateral consensus on further strengthening the existing partnership and expanding new areas of cooperation.

Building on decades of experience in the cotton industry, Swan Cotton Picker is actively pursuing its international expansion, using technological innovation as the oars and government incentives as the sail, and realizing a dual momentum of scientific and technological breakthroughs and market development.

01. The results of cooperation have been recognized: Chinese agricultural machinery has won high praise

Uzbekistan is one of the world's leading cotton-growing countries, with production volumes ranking among the top ten globally. Since the partnership began in 2024, Swan four-row box cotton pickers, thanks to their outstanding quality, have become the primary equipment for cotton harvesting in regions such as the Fergana region.

At the meeting, representatives of the Uzbek delegation highly appreciated the effectiveness of these machines, noting their “high degree of cotton collection, minimal damage to fibers and low levels of pollution,” which significantly increased both the productivity and quality of cotton harvesting in the region.

"Over the two years of cooperation, we have personally witnessed the technical power and reliability of Chinese agricultural machinery, which has laid a solid foundation for our future partnership," said a delegation representative.

Remarkably, Swan cotton pickers not only meet world-class specifications but also significantly reduce purchase costs for farmers, thereby providing significant support to the Uzbek cotton industry in reducing costs and increasing efficiency.

02. From “Going Out” to “Integrating In”: Modernizing International Strategy

Swan Cotton Picker is steadily expanding its presence in international markets. Today, it has evolved from single models to a multi-tiered product system, exporting equipment to 37 countries and regions worldwide.

Chairman and CEO of the company Wang Xinting noted that in recent years, the company has actively responded to the Belt and Road Initiative, accelerating internationalization. In addition to three research centers in Jinan, Xinjiang and Inner Mongolia within China, the company initiated the creation of the first agricultural machinery innovation center in the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps.

“We have an interdisciplinary team of more than 120 specialists and over 240 national patents. Our technological developments are always closely aligned with the real needs of the industry, ensuring a perfect match between innovation and practical application.”

Taking into account the needs of Uzbekistan’s agriculture, the parties discussed the prospects for future cooperation: joint training of local technical specialists, personnel training and localized interaction in order to expand the depth and scope of the partnership, gradually covering the entire territory of Uzbekistan.

During the negotiations, the Uzbek delegation also expressed great interest in Swan's modern cotton processing lines, grain harvesters, and other agricultural machinery. As agricultural modernization accelerates in Uzbekistan, demand for advanced agricultural machinery is constantly growing, opening up significant opportunities for expanding joint projects.

03. Implementing the Belt and Road Initiative: Jointly Building Modern Agriculture

The visit of the delegation of the Ministry of Agriculture of Uzbekistan not only strengthened the partnership in the field of cotton harvesting equipment, but also opened new horizons of cooperation in related segments of agricultural machinery.

The Belt and Road Initiative put forward by China fits perfectly with Uzbekistan's national development strategy, creating a broad platform for bilateral agricultural cooperation. Swan Cotton Picker will continue to build on its technological strengths, deepen its presence in the Central Asian market and offer locally tailored products and services to help modernize Uzbekistan's agriculture industry.

In the future, the company intends to more actively promote its products, constantly expand its export range and accelerate the development of technical cooperation and local operations, creating more and more opportunities for growth both in Uzbekistan and throughout the Central Asian region.
