1. General description

The SHSN-series intelligent counter-current grain drying system is modern equipment for efficient grain drying, designed to address grain storage and processing needs. It combines advanced drying technologies, intelligent control, and high reliability, ensuring grain quality preservation and reduced operating costs.
The complex consists of a drying tower, a heating system, a circulation fan, an intelligent control system, and other components. During operation, grain is fed into the drying tower, where heated air (generated by the heating system) is evenly distributed throughout the grain layer by a circulation fan, causing moisture to evaporate from the surface and within the grain. The control system monitors all parameters (temperature, humidity, wind speed) in real time and automatically adjusts them, ensuring the accuracy and stability of the drying process.
