? Channel Saws in Cotton Processing
Channel Saws are primarily used in the carding process of cotton processing equipment. They are usually made of metal, have a U-shaped cross-section, and both ends are securely attached to the frame of the carding machine.
Slitting saws play a key role in separating and straightening fiber bundles. As the equipment operates, the rip saws on the card rollers contact the fiber bundles and effectively separate them through the carding action, resulting in a smoother, more uniform distribution. In addition, rip saws help remove impurities and residues from the fiber bundles, thereby improving the overall quality and appearance of the cotton.

1. Control of external characteristics (Visual inspection):
Assessing the product’s compliance with established requirements for appearance, including color, shape, overall dimensions and surface condition. The inspection is carried out visually or using auxiliary means such as measuring instruments and optical equipment.
2. Functional performance test:
Confirmation of the correct operation of a product through its practical use, conducting targeted functional tests, or using specialized test equipment to evaluate operational and working parameters.
3. Safety compliance testing:
Product verification for compliance with applicable safety standards and regulations, including electrical, mechanical and chemical testing.
4. Packaging and labeling inspection:
Checking the integrity and strength of the packaging, the legibility and accuracy of the markings, and the compliance of the packaging materials with established requirements. This stage ensures the safety of the product during transportation and storage and allows for its correct identification.
