Product Description

The press is designed using a modular design with pin positioning, ensuring high mechanical rigidity, ease of transportation and installation, and long-term stable operation. The one-piece design of the press chamber, combined with the suction hood, prevents fiber scattering and bale deformation, increasing overall line productivity.

A patented heavy-duty hook system reduces failure rates and ensures trouble-free operation under intensive use. Step-by-step hydraulic control of the camera lift reduces dynamic loads, ensures automatic locking, and ensures operator safety.

The hydraulic system is equipped with a recirculation cooling system and imported Parker seals (USA), which extends the service life of the equipment and eliminates leaks of working fluid. Proportional valves provide smooth and precise control of the pushrod and chamber rotation.

All process control is implemented using a PLC controller with infinite adjustment of the piston and compaction mechanism, which ensures a stable bale weight, automatic fault indication, and high process accuracy.
