Equipped with a 400 hp Cummins engine, the transmission features electronically controlled hydraulic shifting, and all-wheel drive (4WD) is available as an option. The maximum harvesting speed reaches 7.1 km/h.
The advanced PRO16 header features optimized spindle paths and drum speeds. Collection efficiency exceeds 93%, with minimal fiber damage and low impurity levels in the harvested cotton.
The technology used is adjustable, continuous, uniform cotton placement and a forced-feed system, effectively reducing the risk of clogging. The cotton roll diameter can be adjusted to suit on-site conditions.
With a premium, in-house designed cabin, power-shift transmission, hydraulic clutch transfer case and human-machine interface, the ergonomic design ensures maximum operating comfort.
The entire machine is equipped with an intelligent CAN bus control system, which provides automatic monitoring, alarm and humidity control function.
Imported key electrical components ensure reliable operation; key components are designed and manufactured in-house, reducing operating and maintenance costs.
The machine is based on the proven design of a 6-row baler with an automatic transformation function, which facilitates transportation, road travel, and simplifies maintenance.
The electronic control software is developed in-house, which allows for system updates in accordance with growing product development requirements.
