The 4MZD-6 self-propelled six-row cotton harvester with baling function is a new model developed independently by Shandong Swan Cotton Industrial Machinery Stock Co., Ltd. to meet market demand and the modern requirements of cotton-growing enterprises. The harvester efficiently performs complex operations: cotton harvesting, cleaning, and baling, ensuring ease of transportation and significantly reducing cotton losses during shipping.
This machine is currently widely used in cotton harvesting in Xinjiang, China's main cotton-growing region. Thanks to its high picking efficiency, low failure rate, stable operation, and intelligent control, the equipment has received unanimous positive feedback from users and proven its reliability in intensive harvesting conditions.

Main components and their characteristics

Engine and drive

The combine is equipped with a powerful 777 hp (570 kW) Cummins engine, providing ample power for all operations—from cotton picking to baling. The latest PRO16 harvester design, combined with all-wheel drive (4WD), ensures excellent maneuverability in a variety of field conditions, even on uneven surfaces.
The maximum harvesting speed reaches 7.1 km/h, increasing productivity by more than 30% compared to standard 6-row box-type machines. The travel speed is adjusted depending on the mode: in the field, gears 1 and 2 (7.1 km/h and 8.5 km/h, respectively), and on the road, gears 1 and 2 (15 km/h and 27 km/h), providing flexibility when moving between fields and the warehouse.

Pressing system

The combine's baling system features adjustable continuous feed and forced loading, ensuring reliable protection against blockages and stable operation even during intensive harvesting. The module diameter can be adjusted to specific field conditions, and the final bale weight ranges from 700 to 2,200 kg.
